Steps to Delete Your Account via Mobile App

  1. Open the Mobile App Launch the app on your device and ensure you’re logged in to your account.
  2. Go to the "More" Screen Tap on the "More" option in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Access Your Personal Profile In the "More" menu, tap on the "Personal Profile" link to view your account details.
  4. Find the "Delete My Account" Button Scroll to the bottom of the Personal Profile screen. You’ll find the "Delete My Account" button there. Tap on it to proceed.
  5. Confirm Your Request You’ll be asked to confirm your decision. Tap "Confirm" to initiate the account deletion process.
    • A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. Follow the instructions in the email to finalize the deletion.

What Happens After You Delete Your Account?

When you delete your account on our online store platform, the following will occur:

Data That Will Be Deleted

  • Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, shipping/billing addresses, and profile details.
  • Account Activity: Order history, wishlists, saved preferences, and search history.
  • User-Generated Content: Reviews, comments, and uploaded images.
  • Payment Information: Saved payment methods (credit card details, etc.) will be removed.

Data That May Be Retained

  • Order Records: Purchase history and transaction details may be retained for 3 years to comply with legal, tax, or regulatory requirements.
  • Aggregated or Anonymized Data: Non-personal data used for analytics or business improvement purposes.
  • Fraud Prevention: Data related to fraudulent activity or disputes may be retained for 3 years to protect the platform and other users.

Retention Period

  • Backups of your data may be retained for up to 30 days before being permanently erased.
  • Data required for legal or regulatory purposes may be retained for 3 years.
